What Happened When Jesus Died?┃EP. 27

Matthew 27 recounts the suffering and crucifixion of Jesus, beginning with His trial before Pilate and the tragic remorse of Judas. Though declared innocent, Jesus is condemned by the crowd and handed over to be crucified. He is mocked, beaten, and ultimately nailed to a cross, where He dies after crying out to God. At the moment of His death, supernatural signs occur, including an earthquake and the tearing of the temple veil. Jesus is buried in a sealed tomb, and guards are placed to prevent any tampering, setting the stage for what is to come.
