Mark 3 highlights growing tensions between Jesus and the religious leaders. Jesus heals a man with a withered hand on the Sabbath, angering the Pharisees who begin plotting against Him. Despite opposition, large crowds follow Jesus, and He continues healing and casting out demons. Jesus appoints the twelve apostles, giving them authority to preach and drive out demons. The chapter ends with Jesus redefining family, saying that those who do God's will are His true family.
